Discreet Shipping — Always Every order ships in a plain kraft box with no branding, no logos, and no indication of what's inside. The return address reads "CBR Fulfillment." Your privacy is our priority.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. CBR Grooming is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as delivered. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier directly and then email us at support@getveloran.com. — we'll do our best to assist you.
Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
